Instead of making a long complicated post I'll just answer your questions (because I don't feel like writing a long complicated post XD):

To be honest I didn't even notice it, it wasn't that different from what you usually do with just moving the whole characters a bit. It's definitely not necessary for this type of game. Perhaps when a game becomes more realtime not having animations like these may break immersion (i.e. you can't take all the time you want to answer a question or at least time matters, stuff like that is more believable in a living, breathing world).
- are arcade elements relevant - as an option like in this game?
I like arcade elements as long as they fit within the theme/story of the game. I would keep in mind not making them too hard though, they're not supposed to be the main challenge of the game. A hard minigame will be frustrating to many people, even more so if it blocks off some scenes.
- sex scenes mechanics - playable and immerse?
Very playable and a lot better than your earlier interactions (especially the click repeatedly to raise pleasure bar things). I've only had two minor problems with it. Firstly, the first step of the 'go easy' scenes only allowed a very limited movement (maybe 10 pixels from starting the animation to losing pleasure?), I think these could've been a bit wider. Secondly, each time I reached to the main sex scene my mouse was immediately in a position where the guy would be completely inside her with her complaining and losing points.
I think these 'go easy' limitations could be better if you'd actually "feel" a physical limitation, the animation would slow down/stop and only if you'd continue forcefully you'd lose points/pleasure. This may make the limitation a bit more natural, instead of being some invisible limit which only when you go past it you'll see some changing text (if you even pay attention to that...), and even then you could just continue freely (but you lose pleasure/points).
As for immersion, when I stop moving the mouse the animation completely stops, this makes me feel like the guy moving the mouse. You could say the animation has no momentum. Come to think of it, this is where small animations can actually make quite a difference, breathing/moving/panting/shivering/etc. can add a lot of life to a scene and may stop the thought that a scene has pretty much paused if you do nothing.
- 10 frame sex scenes - does it look good enough?
It looks better than 2 frame sex scenes :P. I would probably prefer Pusooy's style of animation (not using frames, but animating body parts individually) because it seems smoother, but I also realize it's a lot harder to get right. But I think the problem with frames is that they are inherently linear. For example, in Pusooy's style it's fairly straightforward to make a controllable breast touching animation during a 'having sex' animation. When using frames you need to have a frame for every combination of the variables involved (in this case the position in the 'having sex' animation and the position of the breast touching animation). With every degree of freedom the amount of frames grows exponentially...
On a final note, I wasn't really bothered by the length of this game. I found it quite pleasant not to become so frustrated that I'd resort to decompiling the game to find every ending (which I have done with pretty much all your other games... I've said it before: more endings is not necessarily better). The plot obviously could've been more involved than going from a few linear questions to sex, but other than that I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with a short game. In fact, there's a lot more wrong with trying to make a "long" game but not backing it up with enough content (such as creating multiple endings that require you to do nothing different in the game except for the very last "what kind of ending do you want?" kind of question, which we've seen in quite a few of your games).
(oh look, it still ended up as a long post... :P)
