No real human female involved. Double up in fact since Tali is an alien. All done in Gmod. Edited with AVS Video Editor 4 and compressed to WMV format.
Original size is 23 Mb. Youtube compresses the videos further, but 273Kb is impossible. The original video has far better quality. Should have uploaded in HD if possible.
Just wait for my next project that is in the making. More ME gals with more dancing styles, a decent dance floor with lights, smoke, effect, animated swooping cams and fancy effects.

Also I am still waiting for a reply from that 3D Max user who told me I should get my act together and toss Gmod out the window for a professional 3D package.
This was impossible to do in that lousy program he said. It would look horrible. He went silent after I sent him the link
Another one who thinks it is the tool and not the artist. Michelangelo just had his brushes for crying out loud. People are missing the point in the midst of all this technology.

Under FireFox I looked at Tools/Page Info/Media and found an "swf" file that was 273Kb. I did figure that was either the embed text or the downloader of your clip. My own avatar is only 12Kb and for the complexity of your clip to be just 20 times bigger in capacity did seem ridiculous!
