I can think of a couple of games where this approach was taken and the result was that the final scene, where the PC finally gets the girl, fell flat. The problem is that the author has never demonstrated why the PC (and by extension the player) wants the girl. All the author has done is told the player that he's supposed to want the girl, which is insufficient to arouse the interest of most players (although they will of course still play the game to the end). "Show, don't tell" may be a cliche, but it applies here.
I've written about this subject at length elsewhere, so I'll restrict myself to echoing TheBrain. If you're going to base a game around a "star prize" she needs to be on stage, she needs to be interactive, and those interactions need to have sexual overtones. Without those things, what should be the grand finale is going to feel like just another throwaway scene with no build up.
