I know one developer apologised for games not being offered with translations, and I think that Serge was the one; he might care to confirm/refute that.

some time ago, i ask the same thing for a game in english, t receive an answer like "it will be hard, it's like doing the game again !! " it was the same kind of game (but playing on RAGS). i was in obligation to delete it, because i was unable to play with it, without an online translator (who give me some strange things )

That's true.
But i've no time to translate now. May be later.
