If you follow strictly the walkthru, you'll have no problem : entering the mall at the right time, go to the end of the hallway, turn right, TWO STEPS (not to the end) and then turn left

You don't get a game over for getting them pregnant. Getting them pregnant is the point of the game and results in the ultimate ending.

you dont,vacuum 4 times 1st day,once next day(i like 2 do it twice to be sure)
when done use bath option instead of vacuum,as it gives 5 more exp every time
when it becomes available,use enema
