install the package somewhere and your done each time you play a new RPGmaker Ace game, the files are already present on your pc and you can play.

Hey, i started to play the game but now i'm stuck after the hypno when taking taxi?
The lily stops and need to go to pee and go to public bathroom and i can't move anymore.

You're playing the bugged version.

If you're a patron, just play the last version they sent. I don't think the fixed version has been leaked for illegal downloads.
