You 'end' the game by going home and sleeping. During the orgy at the party (if you got there) if the sex scene never ends (it never ends if you are with alison or if Molly never allows you to have anal with her) then just leave the living room (w) when you are bored/think you have tried everything, then go home and sleep.
The 106 points was from one game, my list contained more than 106 descrïptions, so not everything on my list was from one game. My list was of everything I had found at that time through all games. So with the one I know I missed and the ones someone else pointed out (2 I think), then 109 could be possible.
For maximum score you need to go on 1 date with becky (woods*), Alison behind the gym day 2, date molly on day 2 (movie-rom com) which scores no points it's just to establish relationship, alison in the changing room day 3, date molly on day 3** (she should be 'really in love' with you by then because she approached you earlier that day questioning you about you and becky and you claim to have broken up with becky, so on the date you should have some options with her for blowjob, titfuck, etc), yuki on day 4 and then the threesome with becky and molly at the party.
*Woods with Becky should score you 20 points (if you didn't do any sex acts with becky yet), so you can get an idea of whether or not you are aware of all the ways you can score points or not. While the dinner dates can also score 20 points, the few different ones at the woods are more 'unique' (not available later or elsewhere)
**Best date with Molly ('really in love with you'), there is only a one point difference between going to a movie or going to the woods (at the makeout point after the movie 'molly rubbed you to orgasm' is an extra point that gets added when you get 'molly rubbed you to orgasm during a date'). The dinner dates with Molly is pretty limited in sex options because you can't remove any of her clothes except to unbutton her jeans.
