Why cant i subscribe in the priv box

Forums and Sharks Lagoon are on two separate servers.

At times congestion at the Lagoon server may prevent access, but then too it sometimes goes down.

At this time there is a message on that page to say that there are technical issues (which also may be directly related to the server).

I received a message re moderation action on this topic but see no reason for that.

If it is in consideration of the Priv-Box Shark still has difficulties in dealing with this.

Hallo ,ich wollte mir eben einen neuen Zugang in die Priv-Box kaufen.
Visa-card liegt schon bereit ,allerdings bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung "Seite kann nicht angezeigt werden "und einen Abbruch .

Was ist falsch ? Ist die Seite "down"??
