Can't save changes to my profile

I know that this is not about games but I have been trying to update my profile and it's not working. I make all the changes and hit the update button and then when I look back at it, the profile is the same as it was before. Please help!!![/font]

It's still not working even though I even tried to use Internet Explorer to update with... Please help me oh great and powerful Dr. Shark!!!
