That's a pretty inadequate example. Generally, mother's don't participate in threesomes with their daughter's.

Maybe I'm triying to see an incestous innuendo, because it would be a really good turn in the plot. It would be a pity if such possibility is never realized.

While personally I think it's not likely, we actually have no way of telling how common the activity of a mother teaching/showing her daughter how to have good sex is.

It's not like we can perform a global survey in which we can expect all participants to answer truthfully about such things.
