We all love playing Mr. Shark's games but I don't think he can enjoy playing something that he made so I am curious as to what games Shark likes to play.

Stop this, please !
It's annoying all this people crying like children about the next Shark's game !
We're all hurry to play a new game, but Shark cannot make them faster than the music (litteral translation of a french expression).
And please, read the forum : the horny afternoon serie is finished (even if Nanny will appear in the next game).

crazywheels, they are the moderators, so Shark made them "grand master".

Anyway, Arnulf I would suggest having a standard answer that either says "it's done when it's done" or has a link to a thread where Shark gives progress information. Then you just lock the thread so it does not get out of hand.

There are many people who are new to Shark's creations and do not read these forums. They do not know any better. To delete their threads might be bad for public relations. It might be best to gently correct them.

xeris89 and crazywheels, the point is that everybody who looks in the forum, wants aswers for his problems and questions. As to my experience the system of the lagoon is suitable to let find eveyone his answers as far as they are published here in the posts. If you'd look in the messages you certainly can see, that it always has been my first intention to provide help for everybody as far as possible and reasonable. But if too many topics and posts are dealing with identical matters, it becomes very confused and difficult to find the right places where the answers are to be found. Since the forum has reached such a big size, it became necessary to set in force some rules to safeguard the smoothly working of the forum. Shark and the moderators try to keep the forum a bit transparent and, believe me, we not at all tax ourselves as "grand masters". Maybe you cannot understand it completely, but the main purpose of our activities is to keep the lagoon relaxing and entertaining. Believe it or not!

Probably wouldn't help, but Shark could provide an advice somewhere to suggest those with questions first peruse the appropriate forum threads.

Hey! Even those are so tragically inter-cluttered that one has difficulty going back to a posted response!

Yesssss, you can make such a proposal to Shark. He could put it in his "Administrator Welcome Message" window on top of the Forum Index page. It would be very nice, if you could provide this proposal together with a ready working draft program. That would be a simple quest for "specialists" like you seem to be. Not only talking, acting!

@crazywheels
if my post offend you, i apologize.
But :
1st We (administator and moderators) try, as said by Arnulf, to maintain the forum. But we all do it on our free time. So, when the same subject appears many times in different threads, it become to hard to make our "job"
2nd There are some rules of behavior in the forum, and one of them is to read existing topics. If you'll did it, you'll found the answer to your question
3rd I understand you : it's not easy to search when title of topics aren't explicit. But you made like others : the title of your topic is "question". Do you think that people who are searching information about the next game can guess that your topic talk about it ?

Hey everyone. There should be no bad blood in this tranquil lagoon or Mr. Shark may go into a feeding frenzy and then we will all be in trouble.

This is the only forum I have seen where the majority of the posts are not about bickering over nothing so please let's not start now.

I think it was a great idea to make rules for the forum, but I wonder how many people click on that thread to read them.

Maybe the main forum page should have the rules listed at the top in bold. Something like: "Forum Rules--1. No Spamming 2. Read before you post--duplicate threads or entries will be deleted. 3. If you are asking a question, be as specific as possible 4. If you start a new thread about a game, please put the name in the title and under the correct heading 5. Etc This forum has been around for many years and friendly Lagooners have volunteered their free time to manage it so please be respectful. They clean up all of the trash in the Lagoon so it will stay a healthy and pristine place." :D :D Just a thought. :sarcastic: :sarcastic:
