I hate to do this but I need help. I'm stuck in the bathroom scene she is trough with the first 3 actions kneeling in front of him. The 3 action combo works but the excitement bar won't go all the way up. It seems I'm missing something. Help please

Like many others I am stuck on the massage scene (first one). I have found 4 hotspots, but can't seem to find the mysterious 5th one. What action(s) do I need to do to proceed? I have taken each of the 4 up to max possible. All 4 found on Lola.

The game is a little more complex, but you have an advantage: Every time, when you have a screen with two or three possibilities to decide, you can proceed with the game, provided, your decision is the right one. And if you select each time the right choice, you'll reach the good end and win the game.
