You consider the logistics.
Some girls have invited youth from the area (sneaked into dormitories).
As the party unfolds pairings or groups reflect upon their "innocent" years and reenact them.
We don't get the "first" engagements but we could get a good "mirror" without compromising the age limitation.
The "stay at university over spring break" idea doesn't lend itself at all to any underage issues. They would be at the very youngest 18. It could be about how Chloe "corrupts" Wendy and how they develop an intimate attraction to one another.
However, I do sort of agree with the idea that we should focus on the future of Wendy's world rather than the past, so maybe the reunion is a better idea.
