Lovely to see Li-Ann again, and in red latex no less! I hope santa likes a bit of bondage!

Happy festivities to all!

Well, another Christmas Day just about over.

A lovely fish and prawn lunch/dinner (about 4.00 pm - not my fault - unforseen events which we still don't properly understand turned our planned day on its head. Oddly enough though it proved better for us). Got to give due recognition also though as son-in-law did well with his barbecued dill fish, and there were plenty of nibbles - crackers and cheese, fruit platters. Of course it all had to be 'marinated', champagne and the few beers. I guess I'll probably have to do something in our kitchen tomorrow when our guests return from a sojourn!

A Skype to an overseas destination was also great; auntie and grandkids had a good chat - yeah so did the adults!

Excluding thunder showers and the odd twist of social networks we really did have a good day. Trust you all also had joy.

Trust you youngsters to run on ahead of us old fogies from the old home country! After we transported you for your thievery and the like, you're still stealing a march on us -- I'm only part way through cooking a nice duck and I've still got the roast potatoes to do, and I'll have you know that the real time is 2pm GMT on Christmas day!
