Salt Water Taffy is a candy that was developed in the early 1800s in Atlantic City, New Jersey (USA). It is popular today and sold from the Atlantic side of Canada, along the east coast of the US down to Florida. Continuing to use the nautical candy theme since Wendy's lollipop has become somewhat famous here in the Lagoon, I was wondering what would make a great "Cloepop".
