It seems to me all sexy rpg maker games are either young boys and milfs or full of rape. I would like some, for lack of a better example, similar to mass effect or dragon age where it’s just romance and some more developed sex stuff on the side of an actual rpg or adventure story. I would want to try making one myself but I don’t even know where to start, but yeah. Dont suppose anyone knows any good ones similar to that?

I guess "The Last Sovereign" is officially full of Rape, but it's not really. At the least, I wasn't offended by it when I played, and I'm strongly apposed to such things. Easily the best Sprite based, Zelda style erotic game I've seen.

The "latest games" sections on ***** is being the most complete place to see what's going on, I check it daily.

They are making great graphics games with Unreal but unfortunately the story is slow and at some point start to get boring. Breeders of the Nephelym, for example, amazing graphics.

The Last Sovereign that Tlaero mentioned has a great story, the battle system is exciting, the "war" has a fantastic flow of events... unfortenately the sex scenes are only textual, which doesn't work for me. I spend days on it and wait every release, for the adventure side, but didn't get horny playing. This isn't a defect for sure, some people even prefer the textual descriptions, to use the imagination... I need visual stimulation.

Man of the House has a good balance between adventure and sex content, but is not related to fantasy.

Sometimes I miss some simpler games like Sim Girl. To just spend some time without thinking much after work. I was aiming to make something like that, even made the whole map on Daz, but Unforgettable Dinner is taking all my free time.

Roundscape Adorevia is really nice. It has nice mechanics and gameplay, a lot of choices and very good sex scenes and visuals. You can also choose between a Male or Female protagonist and even choose different origins.

Wow, more than 18k on Patreon, with some games on Steam. Should be really good. I will check it later.

The Last Sovereign is awesome, but my personal favourite is Noxian Nights. There is some coercion in it, but most of the sexual content is totally consensual.

I have to say I am not a fan of the RPG-Maker platform at all, I literally hate the tiny dude and dudettes running around on the outdated animation from the early 1980s, it really annoys me that so many games that could have used way better platforms and thus would have been amazing, chose to use the RPG-Maker platform and thus are very average as the playability sucks ass totally on this platform.

The artwork on guys & girls in the games is usually amazing, which then means, why have amazing artwork on such a crap platform, it kind of beggars belief in reality.

If you're talking about Adult Content based RPGM games then besides those already listed I have also enjoyed "Succulence by R Nest" and "Anna - Exciting Affection by DeepSleep", the first includes combat that can be bypassed by sheath (hide in shadows).

If you mean general RPGM based games then you might want to look at the Steam 250 list for this game engine.
