I cannot see a Buy Button. This could have something to do with the game window, everything is pushed together. I have tried changing the screen resolution but it makes no difference.

Contact the developers for help. They have been helpful to me when I did that.

Have you checked for std's ? when you have one it makes your strength go down fast if you don't treat it

I also find this game very difficult.

u download a program called cheat engine and u can watch how it works in other games in youtube but instead of using it for other games u can use it for this one..
and u can cheat whatever u want even make 100k in cash or 1000rep..

big cheating like that kills the fun of most games, what's the point in starting a game where you already have full stats maxed up and the game difficulty/progression totally ruined

That's why : stop talking about cheating and give us some tips ... for example : from the very beginning how is the faster way to give your first orgasm to a girl ?
