Pandora part I

Dear fellow lagooners,

I decided to release Pandora cut in half because:
1/ it was getting too long;
2/ I want to get feedback on the viability of the project;
3/ other reason

So, here I am anouncing the release of the game in my site, free to play. here: http://www.mortzeart.com/?page_id=21

The download link is https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ed6kavw71jnp ... 1moqa?dl=0

I tested it, and Tlaero gave me a huge contribution with testing and helping with lost of files. She, also, gave good advice on the game structure. So cheers to her!

As I said previously in Projects, this game might not appeal to many of you. It is more a visual novel than a game, although there is interactivity and good/bad results from your choices.
This part is an intro to the second part and, if people like it, subsequent chapters, where I'll be listening to you considering what player you want to play and what direction you'd like the story to follow.

It is my first try. And the first time I run the game on my site. I run DwE there and there hasn't been any server issue so far but Pandora will be launched exclusively there for a short while at least so I don't know if you won't go jihad on my server.
There will be some bugs I suppose. I hope you'll be patient and help me with those.

Well, enjoy it!

Well, now, isn't this a wonderful surprise? Looking forward to trying this out. I'm guessing since you had to cut this first installment short the resolution may be a tad lacking, but I would love to be proved wrong. Also I really like how you kept the game online, here's hoping this will deter the sleazy malcontents that profit off shady filehosters by uploading other people's works. That choice seems to have paid off for sportd considering I don't think I've ever seen his games pirated and hosted by others for profit, so here's hoping it works out for you as well.

Working fine for me. Occasionally it'll hiccup when I load a transition, but it's working. so far so good, I've noticed a lot of typos and grammatical errors, but otherwise smooth sailing.

Seems promising, but site is slow, when you don't get a 502 error.
Is it possible to have a downloadable version ?

Game is nice, graphics are awesome. I just wish I could download it, as it's very slow, or images are not loading at all. Too much traffic I guess.

Greetings and congratulations, Mortze!

Unfortunately I never play games online. So unless you publish a downloadable version I'm unable to state my opinion.
Cheers!

Finished my first play through, I liked it! I didn't encounter any problems mechanically, just a lot of typos. I appreciated the four save slots so I could go back and try different things, but I definitely want to try another playthrough.

I managed to successfully experiment in the DSV with Maggie after I hit the game overs after fooling around with Roos in the hot tub. I focused a lot on Rita and she still wouldn't talk to me after coming up to the deck after I talked to Farik, so I'm kind of annoyed by that. Not sure what I did wrong with her, maybe fooling around with the nurse or peeping on the Nordic chick? Maggie didn't seem to mind, so I dunno.

Really looking forward to Part 2, though. Cheers!
