i have this link to view the whole list of enemies and quests

but when i enter the cave which lead me to sith there is a message till me that this quest will effect if i entered the cave and this quest is not in the list

Are you talking about meeting Gabrielle in all the places needed to trigger the trading cards? Have you met her in Shaabera?

I have mistake too with that quest. It is not in the list and not in quest log.(Loqo Golden edition)

What i find in wiki :

Castle Resteed: Item Shop
Rockguard: Slave Trading Post
Grand Aideen: Open Air Market
Tel Ravida: outside the Inn
Shaabera: outside the Tavern
Nazadina: Locked Building in rear (need the Expert Lockpick)
Rugwart's Ranch: Inside the stable

But you can't do Nazadina because you need to go Thebes first to get the expert lockpick.

I you go to Thebes you got a message before enter to Thebes catacombes (something like that)...It's a non return way...Some quest will be lost and gabrielle rise of fame is one of those....And i never have this quest completed even i go to nazadina then rugwart's ranch. I finish new game ultra and this quest is the only one i miss. It is a little bug i think.

So in post game you have to leave Gabrielle each time and begin the quest only in new game +.

lockpick is in stables not catacombs.

Yes, but you have to defeat Seth first.

No - go to stables before entering catacombs and this will work. This is the sequence in place before the final episode was completed when episode 2 ended at the door to the catacombs. By then you should already have the expert lock pick...

i met the pharaoh soul in his tomb and he required to get opala to him to get into her body
but opala is my wife and i can't get her to him

Done and still the same only 46/47 quests completed.
