Virtual Date with Ariane

This is a great game but I'm consistently having a problem. I have the 4.8 download version and I constantly have non-dialogue scenes freeze up on me. This also happens with the online version too. By non-dialogue scenes, I mean kisses, drinking, etc. Those that have no text under the scene.
I am using Safari 3.0.4 as my browser. These occurrences don't happen in the same spots of the game either. Instead they are rather random occurrences.
Any help would greatly be appreciated!

I don't know if Ariane's game work fine with safari. I know that it works now fine with Firefox, only since v4.8 and with IE.

I've downloaded the game again through FireFox and it is working fine!
