Fleet,
The picture is eye-catching and the girl looks nice. I'm just not sure how the sweater is able to form-fit her breasts like that. (not that I mind)

I think the girl who actually owns the real life pic of that is WAY more better looking than a cartoon head on her real body.

This is about practice. Fitting something that isn't easy to fit. How we learn and hone our skill.

That is a pretty weird reply.

Taking a real beautiful model, cuting off her head, taking the head of a disney/pixar creation and slaping it on a real life body to make a mish mash, what skill is it exactly You are trying to hone?, aside from butchering up other peoples work.

I mean what is next, taking the head of Moana and slapping it onto some 18yo teen models body and calling it honing your skills?

I think it's well made, and understand what you mean.
The only way to improve, is to do something different - and outside the comfort zone.

This is a perfectly normal artistic operation:

It was artistry by the Martian equivalent of Dr Frankenstein -- not so much plastic surgery as uninvited transplant surgery between non consensual donors/recipients.

Often one must suffer for art, and that doesn't always mean the artist suffers!

Well it was a head transplant, which I see in the real world they are saying now they can actually do as an op with success , have You ever heard someone say, would ya look at the head on that eejit - Irish saying, well now he can change his head

As for Greebo trying to tie that into what I commented about, that simply does not work at all, the creators and owners of that copyrighted movie, have the license to change what ever they like to change, however they like to change it, that does not clearly give Joe Soap the right to do the same with the creative work and content that belongs to someone else.

That is why we have copyright laws people

This is quite true, but those rights become very blurred once the owner of an image uploads it to a public web-site that is internationally accessible because the laws that define what rights the owner has are not the same in every legal region (assuming that region has copyright laws at all).

note: I don't know which site the owner originally uploaded that image to as it appears in many places (from Pinterest to Porn sites) although I would guess it was Russian based.

Given half a chance Disney would copyright the world! They've already persuaded the legal powers that should know better to extend the copyright laws to give them "rights" for a ridiculous number of years over material that the originators and their families got a comparative pittance for. I wouldn't be surprised if the artist employed by Disney who dreamed up Anna got a whole week's wages for her!

It's high time there was sensible rewriting of Copyright and Patent law to stop excessive monopolistic hogging of ideas -- non money-grubbing licensing laws like those that used to be expected in the early days of patents might be a better model, along with reasonable expiry dates leading to entry into the public domain

Anyway, almost anything goes unless people like Rastifan are planning to sell their "creations".

In this cock-eyed world I think it's highly unlikely that the "artist" that presented a urinal as his "work of art" gave any royalties to Twyfords or whoever was the real maker.

(Any idea whether Salvador Dali used a real watch as a model when he painted it apparently coming apart and flopping over an edge?)

If anyone's interested I did ask the creator of my avatar, JessKat (a DeviantArt artist), for her permission to use it.

I'm pretty sure that as long as Rastifan post pictures without intention to make profit, or make someone else profit from the act, there is no Copyright in the whole matter. Fan art, when non profitable, has counts and counts been considered out of the Copyright scope.
He, and anyone else who would want to, could as well take my characters pictures and use them to train their Photoshop skills if they do it with that sole purpose and not malignent intent towards me or Tlaero.

The model is indeed very pretty but what Rastifan does, and with remarkable skill, is fan art that is very enjoyable for those who would ever dream of seeing Disney Characters with an erotic lens.

My only regret is that Rastifan seems to prefer Anna to Elsa. :k_crying:
