It's a custom made model for Source and Gmod. It doesn't have a name. Not yet anyway.

I'm glad you like the picture. I don't usually have the time do stuff like this but I might start a thread when I have more stuff to share.

I wouldn't say there is much of a work flow as I said I don't have a lot of time so generally just have an idea then do bits and pieces here and there.
