I do mostly use Michael 4, yes. There are far fewer textures available for that model than for V4, but one trick I found was to use a relative hairless base texture and then add different body hair patterns from something like this: http://www.daz3d.com/jepes-project-m4-b ... acial-hair
You can even combine the textures in an editor like Photoshop or GIMP if you want. I've done that a couple of times, instead of adding an entire extra figure in every scene just for a body hair effect.
And of course changing the diffuse colour on the skin can give you more variation, too.
