Great art, but I have to admit to not liking the rape scene. Especially the part where she ends up enjoying it.

I think that's the best part. I dont think it's rape BTW. I felt i was taken through the process of a girl loosing control of herself. it is very well done.

Let me emphasise the point that LRM has just made.

In many trials where a victim claims that she has been raped the defendant will often attempt to plead that she enjoyed it, even orgasmed! That a woman may be so sexually aroused to the point of supposedly yielding does not override her initial, and continued want to refuse.

I think that the legal profession would also concede that even though a woman 'conceded' under intimidate she still would have a claim for rape, and how viewed would depend upon the jurisdiction under which the alleged offence occurred.

I find myself in agreement with LRM and Squeeky. If the girl said 'No' and then changed her mind and said 'Yes', the photographer MIGHT stand a chance in court. Since she said 'No' repeatedly and was overruled by force, she'd likely win if she ever chose to press charges.

Just to add to the intrigue of guessing what might happen next, there is a fairly good chance that the video and/or the on-line distribution of the scene would come out during the investigation or the discovery phase of going to trial.

Overall, the photographer has run seriously afoul of the law. Given his problems with his loan sharks, he might be just as well off to turn himself in, plead guilty, and place himself in state custody for a few years.

The other night she didn't verbalise, I was ready for sleep ... WOW!!!

I wonder how many youth could be accused of pressuring a girl into her first experience, "C'mon, you'll like it.", "Don't you want to go out with me anymore?" or "Jeez! Ya can't be virgin forever, come on, let's do it!"

How many girls needed that pressure to become active and fulfill their enjoyment? But then there were those cautious but curious who felt that they were being unduly pressured.

A sweeping statement that, Trucla! One just as valid might be "Men never take 'No!' for an answer!

I'm inclined to go along with the present apparent consensus.

Our photographer is trying to get himself out of deep trouble by going along with a nasty little scheme put together by some very nasty characters, and he has allowed himself to be pressured into seducing an essentially innocent young woman into a porn production without her knowledge

His haste to obey his 'masters' has caused his actions to pass over the narrow divide between seduction and coercion by not paying proper attention to the times she has said "No!" - this changes his attempts to seduce her into RAPE as far as I'm concerned.

It is possible to have a scenario where a woman who is unwilling at first to be involved in pornographic sex is persuaded gradually into full cooperation without being coerced at all - see Casette Comix #1 Casting (Google is your friend!) - it's worth checking out for the graphics alone!

In general it is very difficult for a guy to act along the tiny lines. But everytime he does a step in the dangerous territory he should be aware that he could be caught to prison. Maybe it is easier to keep yourself in the safe territory and read all the little hints, which a girl (or woman) would give. In doubt he should rather wait .............

But.......: once, a long time ago, we discussed in our company about a scene, where a guy, driving his car and havíng hin girl nearby at the other seat, touching hie girl's knee instead of the gear-shift........Our very young female collegue has only a comment: "Anyhow they must come together".

My friends, in my opinion this is just a seduction game. Some seduce with words, others with gifts, simple gestures... This one seduces using a camera. I don't see a difference. I mean for classifying this as a rape. But please don't mention the girl's innocence! She had lots of opportunities for getting out of the schema.

If I am the judge and see what transpired for this to arrive in my courtroom the photographer's next sexual contact will be with Bubba... And it too will be rape!!! The photographer will likely not enjoy it.
