Space Scalawag - Illustrated Story for Android OS

Hi everyone,

I am looking for folks to review story text and test the functionality of my new Illustrated Story Android app. The story is called Space Scalawag and the Prologue and first chapter are in the first release. Additional chapters will be released as separate app downloads (Space Scalawag 1, 2, ...). Oh, and yes there is nudity and sex in it.

When Google updates their Chrome App Launcher and ARC Welder then the app can be run on a PC, but until then it can only run on Android devices. If someone finds that it is working please tell us the details in a post here.

It doesn't matter to me who checks it out so here is the link:

Space Scalawag 1 – Prologue, Chapter 1

Space Scalawag 2 - Chapters 2 and 3

Space Scalawag 3 - Chapters 3, 4 and 5

Space Scalawag 4 - Chapters 7, 8, 9 and Epilogue

Please PM or post your feedback.

The archive contains two files, readme.txt and space_scalawag_1_v1_1.apk

Neat. I keep hoping you'll randomly pop up again with a new game. This is something, anyway. I'll give it a download and try it out.

Really enjoyed your old RAGS games from years past, glad to see you're still making games.

Greetings. I should make it clear that this app contains a linear story. It is interactive in the sense that you turn pages and that kind of thing but it is not a game. There is a Ren'Py project on the drawing board that will have some non-linear aspects, but that is months away from completion. Thanks for the kind words.

Hey, thanks for the tip! The Illustrated Stories app works just fine on BlueStacks. After you get it all installed you can double-click an apk file and it installs and adds it to the app list. After that you just have to map keys to the swipe up/down/left/right actions and away it goes. Supports Mac too. Very cool.

I had the same problem but got it to work by removing the referral part from the url.
You want it to look exactly like this: http://rg.to/file/b9dac931c424a39c318751c6265e25cd/space_scalawag_1_v1_1.rar.html

I just finished reading it, good story. I'm already waiting for the continuation.
I played with BlueStacks and I had no problems.
