You've Got Mail - a TADS 2 Adventure

My second contribution is now available for download! It’s a TADS 2 adventure titled “You’ve got Mail”, which follows a mail man taking a romp through his favorite neighborhood.

It is available for download from this link (version 1.1)– https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6NhCx ... view?pli=1 I high encourage whatever feedback you have! The game should be free of most bugs, though there is always room for improvement.

And, a special thanks to ABomire for helping me playtest it and sort out most of the glaring hiccups!

There seemed to be a huge amount of alcohol that could be got - I assume it was all for Andrea? I ended up with the whiskey, gin and rum unused and only needed wine/beer for her. Is it possible to fuck her without her being unconscious?

You can find condoms in the convenience shop the first day.
You can find a babysitter on the notice board in the shop on day 4 or 5 I don't remember well.
I only manage to play with Tobi's breasts after writing the letter, can't go further.
I only found wine, no beer or whisky. There's rum in Andrea's kitchenette. She's always unconscious when I score with her (I'm not proud of me :D ).
I have not score with Kathy or Vlad's wife yet.

The game is very nice. The sex scenes are pretty much the same but they are arousing and very well written.

Ok, so found the store. I just completely blanked any mentioned of that road first time through :p

So far, you have managed to score 39 out of 60 points.

Even after doing the russian wife, I'm still over 20 points short. Wonder what I'm missing Oo

I'm thinking a number of the achievements are mutually exclusive - i did the game again but chose a lot of different options (didn't fuck Andrea, did fuck Tobi). Still got 39 points but ended up with a few differing achievements to last time. The one I don't get is

After fucking Kathy there is always a broken mirror outside. What is it for?

I like the game.

I usually don't like TADS games, as they often reach a stage where if you can't guess the exact syntax of the required command, the game comes to a frustration halt. You have avoided this by keeping the commands relatively obvious, and having game goals being mostly independent of one another, so if you can't figure out how to complete one quest, you can concentrate on another.

The writing is very good and the different characters are well formed, The only mistake I spotted was a misspelling of "refrigerator" in Kendra's house.

The one thing that I didn't like was allowing points to be scored for rape (Andrea's storyline), however you do give the player the opportunity to make their own decision.
