Welcome to the lagoon, Sam. You should definitely try out my Adventure Creator program. It's free, has tutorials, and generates HTML5 code. I'm happy to answer questions, but please ask them in public so that others can see the answers and benefit from them. The thread Mimailia linked has a ton of information about the program. It's what I use when I create the erotic dating games that Phreaky and I make (some of which have been well received).

Well, I'm not really familiar with adventure creator's latest versions, but let me tell you guys, it becomes more and more advance and to great effects !

And I have the privilege to work with the creator herself, so I'm still amazed what can be done in html. The animation control is getting better, and we have sounds now :D

Just be patient guys, you will see what I'm talking about soon enough :)

Well, since my question is similar I hope I can post it here:
I have an half-idea about a game and I wanted to ask you which is the easiest way to create some decent pictures to start with...look, I mean REALLY easy, 'cause I know nothing about 3d stuff thanks

I think that the first thing that you need to make clear is what you mean by "pictures". Are you looking to make backgrounds, or can you do that (like with Photoshop and the like)? Or are you seeking to be able to pose models against a background? It might also assist those who might advise further to know what program you will be using, like Poser.

I'm pretty sure if they knew what program they would be using they wouldn't be on here asking people which program they should use.

OK. For starters then you can't go wrong with DAZ3D's Studio, it's free!
My issue with it is that I haven't had the time to commit to learning it. (I notice that I have Poser in my archives as well - got it when they had a freebie month amnesty a few years ago - its about $US300 for the lower version).

The DAZ site might even suggest some other freebie. Um, DAZ.com (I don't know if it is related to daz3d.com) has some links that you might explore too.

More experienced users however may guide you better.

I second the suggestion for Daz3d (www.daz3d.com). Most people here use that or Poser.

I use DAZ Studio (that's the name of the program, DAZ3D is the name of the company).

Um? Price! You can get Daz Studio free but I did mention a minimum price a few comments back.

I understand that some of the artworks are compatible with both. Oh. One other thought, and I don't know if it applies to Poser, you can hunt through Daz for a range of freebie artworks - of course they may be based upon a theme that you do not want to embrace. That said you'll find other materials via a search engine. Those users having preference for Daz or Poser deserve to have their voices heard as to other attributes.
