Craban was a big big help in pointing me in the right direction. It still needs some work but this is what I have so far.

Yeah, that looks pretty good. Give her a smile and have her put her tongue out a bit - maybe lick her lips afterwards, and you'll have an image that will make my head explode (pun intended).
I agree with Craban that the variation in thickness does wonders, and I especially think the drip looks good. Nice work, I can't wait to see you impliment this new attention to cumshots in one of your stories.

I tried to achieve a back light and see-through effect but it's harder than expected. Not sure how to get the blur where the light is strongest.

Um.

Craban? I'm not sure. I see the contours of her body beneath the garment, quite nice. I'm not sure however about how "blinded" I am about the lights in which she stands. Is it possible to achieve something similar but preserves more of her natural colouring? At the moment I am thinking of how a photographer captured a broad daylight effect (massive upheaval in high social circles) of a delightful woman which bore huge criticism.

I tried that with another light that follows the camera perspective. Unfortunately the light volume of the back light reacts to the front light as well. The cone gets so bright that most parts are just washed out in white. May be there are possibilities to make the cone work for the back light only but I haven't found anything yet.
The big problem is that the render calculates where the light is reflected but not really what happens when the light hits the camera lens directly. I hope a less dense light volume can cope better with a mixture of lights.
By the way: This rendering runs for more than half an hour on a quad core so experimenting takes quite some time ;-)
