There is a Rags bug where you need to change your settings or you will loop this solution is written on the first page "Change this by going to Control Panel, Region and Language, and click the Advanced Settings on the Format tab. Change the decimal symbol to ',' and restart RAGS." Im not sure this is 100% corrected as before I did this the game I played writing only 4 small books was bringing in $1000+ per week, afterwards 8 small books, 3 big books were not even making $100 per week this low amount seems very wrong, though other bugs were not paying for parking downtown where Im sure I was doing so prior to applying that fix. My suggestion if you dont want to use the debug menu to cheat, is to play up to the point the loop will appear, save, quit, apply the fix, reload the game then your save (loading straight into the save causes some issues).
I tried setting my system locale to France (someone else suggested) but that didnt fix the problem.
Since there have been a number of posts in this thread with no solution to problems faced I present a Walkthrough for 0.3.1.1:
First Week - Your going to need to get some income, plus interaction with the girls is not advisable as Noelle will not interact with you when Pierre is around and will cause negative reactions. Get to 0 with either girl and its game over. IMPORTANT: DO NOT peek through Noelles Keyhole until told to or you may trigger a bug that stops progress.
Morning Routine.
6am - Get clothes from drawers and wear them (day 2 onwards can just "wear usual outfit"), go to bathroom, start washing machine, brush teeth, shave, have a bath.
7am - examine the room your in, this will tell you how dirty the house is, try to keep it at "very clean" if its dirty or clean enough, go downstairs and mow the lawn (really this is all you need to do maybe future updates will have more detailed cleaning to mix it up cause no-one mows the lawn every single day) If not simply pop back into your bedroom and read a book.
8am - go down to the kitchen, tell Sarah to have a nice day (+1 Sarah relationship), Eat a snack. Go to your office, choose a psuedonym, start writing a 2500 page book. Use pen and paper to write for 4 hours.
12pm - go to kitchen "sit and take lunch" (+1 Noelle relationship)
1pm (13:00) - go back to office and write for 4 more hours.
5pm (17:00) - examine yourself to see how you smell, if you smell bad or stink go have a bath, else go to the pool and examine Noelle (for pic) then rest doing any of the following Relax by pool/Relax in Garden/Watch TV (do not watch porn)/Read a book in bedroom. (all +10 Energy) The smell check is important because if you enter a room where Sarah is she will notice if you stink and it can seriously damage your relationship.

This means Sarah will ask you to go away for the weekend on this first Saturday we DONT want to do that, you can decline but the hit to relationship here might end the game. On the weekend if at home you can use the 7am slot to do 4 hours of writing if you wish, 11am to spend time with Sarah and Pierre, and another 4 hours writing after lunch. (Sarah is less critical to level up than Noelle, even practically ignoring her they level up at a similar pace)
Continue like this for a few weeks until you have 2200 in cash. A couple of things to note:
At 90 Relationship with Sarah you can give her a "soft massage" at 22:00. So do that if you have the energy (15, +2 Rel) rather than talk (10, +1 Rel).
At 180 Relationship with Sarah you can go to the bathroom at 21:00 and caress her butt (+1 Relation, no time cost)
At 290 Relationship you can Massage Hard or Fuck Sarah (when fucking press NO for the question, its asking if you want to try anal, you need 50 Libido and 480 Relationship for that)

This is available everyday as long as you can see Noelle alone in the kitchen, adjust your schedule accordingly. After seeing the kitchen sceneon weekdays/fucking wife in the shower on weekend (assuming you can) Go downtown, go to the Tardis store and buy the coffee machine and lots of pods (you can always get more but I like to stock up), then join the gym ($200 for the week) and start to workout, do Squats for 5 hours and hit the showers, go to the sauna and relax until 18:00, go excercise again for 2 hours. Hit the showers again (you can ogle yourself in the mirror in the changining rooms to check your progress), then leave the gym, check the adult store (east) to see if Mr or Mrs Zhao are there before going home. On the weekend if at home you can use the 7am slot to do 4 hours of writing if you wish, 11am to spend time with Sarah and Pierre, and another 4 hours writing after lunch. (Sarah is less critical to level up than Noelle, even practically ignoring her they level up at a similar pace)
Continue like this for a few weeks until you have 2200 in cash. A couple of things to note:
At 90 Relationship with Sarah you can give her a "soft massage" at 22:00. So do that if you have the energy (15, +2 Rel) rather than talk (10, +1 Rel).
At 180 Relationship with Sarah you can go to the bathroom at 21:00 and caress her butt (+1 Relation, no time cost)
At 290 Relationship you can Massage Hard or Fuck Sarah (when fucking press NO for the question, its asking if you want to try anal, you need 50 Libido and 480 Relationship for that)
Essentially every night you should be able to do something depending on energy, 25E Fuck > 15E Massage > 10E Talk
At 250 Relationship you can lick her pussy in the morning (I suggest first thing on weekends)

At 360 SAVE, Turn on your phone (if you havent already) Then enter your bedroom and Noelle will be there (I suggest a weekday morning at 9am, simply go in and out of the room until it starts), after scene you will get a text from Noelle, however this can easily be bugged, as soon as the scene finishes run down to the lounge hopefully before the text comes, you may encounter Noelle on the way asking for money, give it. When at the lounge just wait for a text, answer it and follow its instructions.
Things Ive noticed are an issue, answering the text then encountering Noelle in the hallway breaks it.
Not having the phone on, getting the text then turning it on and answering it will break it.

Now next Monday you want to start the day as normal, at 460 Relationship with Noelle you can start going to the kitchen at 9am (in and out until they trigger) for scenes, 2 unique and then repeatables. This is available everyday as long as you can see Noelle alone in the kitchen, adjust your schedule accordingly. After seeing the kitchen sceneon weekdays/fucking wife in the shower on weekend (assuming you can) Go downtown, go to the Tardis store and buy the coffee machine and lots of pods (you can always get more but I like to stock up), then join the gym ($200 for the week) and start to workout, do Squats for 5 hours and hit the showers, go to the sauna and relax until 18:00, go excercise again for 2 hours. Hit the showers again (you can ogle yourself in the mirror in the changining rooms to check your progress), then leave the gym, check the adult store (east) to see if Mr or Mrs Zhao are there before going home. Again save then back to the gym same early time, buy membership. If Cherry/Cerise are not present reload. When she is there she might start with only "examine available" just do a 2 hour workout, hit the shower and come back. You can then talk to her and "train her". Go back home.
Next day save at the start and go jogging after your bath. You may run into Cherry you may not, reload if you jog all day without an encounter. there are 2 encounters 1 where nothing happens, the other will end chapter 3. We want the end chapter 3 one. You can return home after getting this.
Next day save and back to the gym early, talk to cherry and she tells you of the football field. At this point workout and then save before showering, there may be a scene at the showers if not reload and repeat. Go home for the day.
Next day Save and go jogging again, this time at the football field. Do this until you cramp up and then choose a destination. After the scene go back home.
You can now go jogging at the field and try the other, or same destination. Aswell as going early to the gym and sneaking into the ladies room. All 3 scenes can be repeated.

Next thing you need to do is go to the mall with Noelle, weekend is easiest, I didnt try a weekday but should be able todo this whenever Pierre is covered, either by Sarah being home, or if you dont go with Sarah to the cottage on the weekend. After this when you read a book in your room she may come in and you make out, she will also allow you to kiss her when Sarah is in the house (not same room). When "attempting an approach" in the bedroom, you can repeat it over and over to build relationship. Once it gets to 750 you go further with Noelle.
Sarah will not flirt on the sofa in Noelles presence yet, You need to also build the relationship between Sarah and Noelle. Preparing meals for them is a start, but you can ramp this up a bit, Go to the garden at 19:00 and they will both be there. Save, then encourage Sarah to strip. If she does you can get her to go further. This will skip a meal but get them closer. After doing this twice I was able to successfully flirt with Sarah in front of Noelle.
Now you should be able to do anything you want, there are a few scenes available now which I have not covered, The bedroom scene also can be done over again, to varying lengths (like the kitchen show), you can sit on Noelles bed when she is there (mention because you might not notice the option otherwise) among other scenes. I must congratulate Zigmut for the work his put into this game already and hope he continues with it, this is the only game Ive been impressed with before completion, having more content than many others finished products. Certainly the first game Ive gone in depth enough to write up a walkthrough.
